PRODUCT DESCRIPTION BlueLine coilovers are high-quality, vehicle-specific suspension components for lowering the front and rear axles. The registered adjustment range allows an individual lowering of the body height, the spring preload remains in the entire adjustment range. The height adjustment takes place in the installed state. The trolleys have a particularly high level of lateral force load absorption. Vehicle-specific design variant: thread VA / spring HA. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
- Suitable for Mercedes C-Class W204 Limo 180/200/220/250/230/280/300/350, 01/07/2015, adjustment range VA 30-60 mm / HA 30-60 mm
- §19.3 parts certificate
- EPS powder-coated cold-wound springs
- galvanized dampers
- Use your existing top mounts
- Quality assured via German TüV standard compliance
- Springs are manufactured from highest grade SiCr steel.
- Springs are forged using the more reliable 'cold-drawn' method. Some competitors use the hot-forged method of manufacture, this has an adverse effect on the springs' tensile strength: i.e. consistent tension
- Following the forging process, a temperature controlled oil based treatment is applied to the spring to ensure that the required hardness and tension is reached, thus giving full operational effectiveness throughout the springs' entire lifecycle
- The steel is initially treated with Zinc-Phosphate, and finished in an Epoxy Resin to provide effective protection of the spring
- The shock absorbers contain both oil and gas. The gas serves to cool the oil to produce a more consistent operation
- The shock absorbers improve damper performance by 30% compared to a standard unit.
